Who we Are

Friends of Cape Nelson Landcare / Coastcare aims to maintain improve and promote the Cape’s great environmental assets and tourist attractions whilst operating as a proactive and cohesive community.

The Group’s current goals are to build on more than 25 years of achievement. To extend our many kilometres of biodiversity corridors, our continuous pest plant and animal program, our responsibilities as a Committee of Management for the Picnic Hill Reserve.

We aim to be an active advocate and guardian of the many wonderful features on the Cape both natural and historical. We work together to address new challenges and view our past and current work programs as an opportunity to educate landholders and visitors to Cape Nelson.
